There are various harvest-dependent factors which can affect the quality of our raw materials. However we – as a mill – are committed to delivering our products with a consistently high quality despite these impacts.

We always do our best to keep these deviations in the final product as low as possible. In our flours we create smooth transitions from the old to the new harvest, thus accompanying our customers and providing reliable support and advice.

Clean production with a constant focus
on technical progress

We have established a lab in order to evaluate and verify the quality of our raw materials. We also use highly modern measuring systems during the production process to perform regular testing in order to verify the adherence to quality and food standards. For us it is a matter of course to fulfill the currently valid standards and to permanently modernize our technical equipment for the entire production process of the flour.

Environment
and sustainability

Nature provides us with raw materials and food. For this reason it is especially important to us to regard the raw materials as food right from the harvest and to treat it as such: with care and respect.

In order to make our contribution to energy efficiency, we have been using water power from the Innerste river for several years. Through the use of our turbines, we are able to cover about 10 % of our overall energy demand.
